We will draft the contract, explain it to you and negotiate on your behalf.

We keep track of all your contractual timelines and help coordinate inspections. We refer you to mortgage brokers, real estate attorneys, home inspectors, movers and other professionals.

We help you negotiate again after you've had your home inspections, as far as any needed repairs or other requests you have of the seller.
